Among the meats that we purchase at our restaurant, "Chopstick Dereru Tonkatsu" is made with Umesato Pork under special preparations.With just the right amount of fat and the meat so tender that you can cut it with your chopsticks, you won't be able to stop picking up your chopsticks once you've eaten it.
